Postpartum Depression Support

Still A Mum > Postpartum Depression Support

Did you know one out of seven women suffer from Postpartum depression? Is it baby blues or something more?

Adjusting to life as a mother can be difficult. Coping with day to day demands of a new baby can make some women more likely to experience depression.

Don’t you worry, don’t you blame yourself. Postpartum depression is manageable and can be treated. Therapy is among the treatment models that allows you to experience positive change.

One on One Counseling

If you prefer individual therapy, there is an option to see a counselor for a one on one counseling session alone or as a couple. This is done physically in our offices in Nairobi or online via video chat and lasts one hour per session.

Group therapy

Sharing about your experience with other women going through Postpartum depression in the presence of a Psychologist is a big step in experiencing healing.
