We work with companies to audit their HR policies and suggest changes to ensure the workplace is an environment that is conducive to the mental wellbeing of all that work there. We especially look into issues surrounding pregnancy and/or early parenthood as well as bereavement.
We partner with government offices, bodies and affiliated organizations to affect laws pertaining to maternal mental health. For instance, we are involved in the amendment of the Employment Act to allow parents who lose a baby or those that get premature babies to get maternity and paternity leave.
